We go deep together and getting under the skin of everything that is holding you back so that you can truly step into your dancing shoes of infinite possibilities.

The Embodied Dance Practice I use is a fusion of energetic practices (reiki healing, EFT), techniques of manifestation, somatic healing and dance practices sourced from powerful mentors around the world.
My coaching also includes Desire’s Activation Strategy Sessions we dive deep into your desires by decoding your dance visions. We open them up and come up with a game plan for how to actually turn the visions into actions.
