EMBODY YOUR EXPANSION
A six week group coaching program exclusively for women that uses dance as a tool for personal transformation.
The commitment will be a hybrid combination of weekly zoom calls and at home dance practices you can take at your own pace.

Module 1: Tuning in - Connect with your inner knowing through fluid movement.
Module 2: Rhythm Release - Shedding limiting beliefs and energetic blocks with rhythm.
Module 3: Energy Flow - Exploring the energetic field through dance.
Module 4: Pussy Power - Harnessing the power of feminine energy in its multi-dimensions: the sensual, the divine, the wild and the badass!
Module 5: Dance Rituals - How to embody the women you desire to be through a dance ritual.
Module 6: Embodied Expression - Get set to spread your wings and unleash full bodied expression on the world!

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK
Week Embody Your Expansion is a 6 week course that includes a combination of self-paced modules and LIVE calls with Emma.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The program will run between the 1st October and the 6th November.
Group Coaching Calls will be hosted Tuesdays at 6pm BST / 1pm EST / 10am PSD.
Call Dates: October 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd, 29th + November 5th
You will also receive lifetime access to all the course content so you can dip in whenever!
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE TIME?
The contents of this course are for you to explore in your own time. I recommend setting aside 5-10 minutes for daily practice. I will also send you a 30-45 minute “dance ritual” once a week which is a combination of movement and journal prompts on the theme of the module.

Your embodiment coach, hype girl and personal DJ.
I’m here to remind you what a powerhouse of a woman you are and give you the tools and practices to dive more deeply into your body so that you feel this too.
I’m a magnet for fierce females (like you) who desire to live life on their own terms in fabulous ways!
And I love nothing more than bringing women together in a group container where we can connect up our energies and support one each other to shine brightly.
This is the first time I’ve run this program and I desire to use this as a way of creating a new type of digital community for women where we get to be raw and real with each other.
